New builds
Post-Construction Cleaning
The final clean that takes a new or renovated space from job site to move-in ready.
Chapter 01
The fine dust builders leave on every ledge
A building project leaves more behind than visible debris. Drywall and sanding dust settles on every ledge, window sill, door frame and light fixture, and a fine film coats the floor. Stickers and protective film cling to glass, paint flecks dot trim, and small offcuts collect in corners and track channels. None of it shows up in a quick walk-through, but all of it shows up on the first sunny morning.
That is why a sweep and a mop is not enough on a new or renovated space. The cleaning has to deal with fine dust that gets wiped from one surface and lands on another, and with residue that needs the right approach so the finish underneath is not scratched. Walking the space first, in person, shows what the builders actually left.

Top to bottom, with the floors last
The order of work decides the result. A post-construction clean runs top to bottom: overhead fixtures, vents and high ledges first, then shelving, counters and door frames, then fixtures and hardware, then glass. Floors come last, because everything above is shaking dust downward as it is wiped. Working in this sequence means nothing finished gets dirtied again.
Glass gets its own care. Protective film and sticker residue come off by hand with proper tools, and the panes are then cleaned and checked from both sides for streaks. Fixtures, handles and washroom surfaces are wiped and disinfected, and the floor is vacuumed and washed as the final step, so the space is ready to be looked at.
Chapter 03
Handed back move-in ready, then into a routine if you like
The goal is a space you can hand over, move into or open the doors on. After the clean, walk it with us and point out anything you want touched up. Because the work is a one-time clean, it also makes a natural starting point: many buildings simply roll the space into a regular janitorial schedule afterwards.
Each project in Fort St John starts the same way, with a free on-site assessment where we look at the space and take measurements. You get an itemized quote and a service agreement to sign online, then we call to take a booking deposit and lock in your date. No lengthy contracts. The number to call is 844-427-8254.
